Shipping
The shipment of your parcel
Parcels are generally sent within 2 days of receipt of payment and are shipped via courier with tracking and delivery with signature. If you prefer delivery with a signature required, an additional cost may apply, so please contact us before choosing this method of delivery. Whichever type of shipment you choose, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.
Shipping charges include handling and packing charges, and postage. The management costs are fixed, while the transport costs vary according to the total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. It is not possible for us to group two distinct orders placed separately, therefore the shipping costs will be charged for each of them. Your package will be sent at your own risk, but special care is taken in case of fragile objects.
The boxes are adequately large in size and your items are well protected.
Secure payment
All payments on our site are made in secure mode by routing data with SSL let's Encryps (Secure Socket Layer) protocol.
We use different payment methods and gateways that may change or be implemented over time.
Mostly payments can be made by credit card via:
- Stripe: which accepts Visa, MasterCard and American Express;
- PayPal: the customer can use his own PayPal account or his own Credit Card;
- Bank Transfer: to the Current Account number in our name which will be indicated at the time of order confirmation;
- On Delivery: only for customers who will personally collect the product from our store in Padua (PD);
Management of Returns
European legislation and the consumer code provide that, in the event of exercising the right of withdrawal, the consumer is entitled to a full refund of all payments made on our site, i.e. the purchase costs and any standard delivery costs of the products.
On the other hand, as regards the costs of returning the products, be careful: the consumer code provides that the consumer bears the direct cost of the return.
The rest procedure foresees that:
- Contact our website at the following email info@kumikogift.com to request a return authorization (so that we can manage inventory and returns smoothly);
- The parcel must be returned with the original packaging and box from the manufacturer;
- The product must not have been opened and have not been tampered with or damaged of any kind;
- Once it arrives at our office, we will check that the product has been returned in compliant conditions and issue the refund within 24/48 working hours;
- The final repayment times, i.e. crediting the customer's current account, paypal or credit card, do not depend on us but on the payment gateway, the actual credit can also take place after 5/7 working days ;
